East End Carers Health & Wellbeing
We have two regular wellbeing days, Mondays and Wednesdays, when we offer an activity in the morning, a soup and roll lunch, and then another activity in the afternoon. This allows people to get the benefit of a few hours out of the house and away from their caring role.
Mondays - Music & Movement/Shiatsu (alternate weekly) 11am, Lunch 12.30pm, Chair Yoga 1.30pm
Wednesdays - Tai Chi 11.30am, Lunch 12.30pm, Wellbeing sessions 1.30pm.
The Wednesday afternoon wellbeing sessions vary from week to week, but can include crafts, stress management, writing, relaxation techniques etc.
